The material contained on this web site (and on any sites linked to or form this site) is for general informational purposes only, and is not intended to promote taking of anabolic/androgenic steroids or other susstances. By viewing this information and purchasing anything from us, you agree to forever hold harmeless OrtPharmacy.com, its executives, directors, or assigns from any damages occurred howsoever arising, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen. OrtPharmacy.com shall not be held responsible for the actions taken by our viewers and customers.

3. Guarantee
► Almost all of our products have printed expiration dates. If you receive products with an expired date, do not use them and contact us. We make no representations or warranties, neither expressed nor implied, of any kind with respect to products sold. We source our products from licensed suppliers and believe them to be genuine.

4. Payment
► We accept Western Union is extremely secure, untraceable, and untrackable. If you will be making multiple overseas purchases, we strongly recommend this method. It is worth it.

5. Shipping
► All packages are shipped in an extremely discreet way. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package are never used. If the order is too large to fit one package, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (always included in the S&H-charges).

6. Purchasing Terms
► To buy from us you must be at least 20 years of age. It is solely the buyer's responsibility to ensure they are in possession of a current, valid prescription for the products ordered. OrtPharmacy.com takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the purchaser and the purchaser's country of origin. All products are shipped :--

► at the full risk of the purchaser.
► in agreement of holding OrtPharmacy.com reserved towards any legal action, that might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws of the destination country.
► Prices are subjected to change according to the International currency rates and changes in cost prices without any further notice.
► Availability of the products is subject to change without any further notice.
► Order cancellations after the payment has been processed are not accepted.
► Upon checkout completion, you will receive an email with all pertinent information, please do not immediately delete this.

7. Delivery of Products
► We will deliver the ordered goods to the address given by you at the time you have made your order. We do our best deliver your goods within 10- 20 business days but delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates that we give you for the delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges by the Postal Service, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering of the goods. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address.We do not ship to P.O.Boxes unless you opt for Unregistered Regualr Airmail. We cannot offer any reshipment or refund on any unregistered shipment as there is no way of tracing the package.

8. Return Policy
► We cannot accept the return of any items. In the case of goods arriving to the customer in a faulty or damaged condition, we will replace your order.
►In cases where loss, damage or delay is due to an incorrect delivery address being given to us, a refund cannot be offered.

9. Liability
► OrtPharmacy.com shall not be held responsible for any misdelivery or nondelivery if the incorrect shipping address is provided.
► If you do not receive the purchased goods within 30 days of the date on which you have paid for them, you must notify us in within 40 days of the date on which you paid for the goods. OrtPharmacy.com shall reship in the event that an order is seized by your local Customs or FDA. We will (on production by you, to us, of a written letter from Customs or FDA or similar authority) offer a reship to an alternate name and address. If the shipment is seized and stopped a second time we do not offer a reship or refund.
► If the delivered goods are not what you have ordered, or are damaged or otherwise defective prior to the point of delivery, or if the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, and provided that you have notified us accordingly within 14 days of delivery, our obligation is that we will make good any shortage or non-delivery; or replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective.
