1. Is it legal to purchase these products?
► OrtPharmacy.com consider you know the law in your country concerning the legality of anabolics. Since laws differ from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local FDA or customs office regarding the regulations.

2. Do I need a prescription to order?
► NO PRESCRIPTION is required to order our products.

3. What is the minimum and maximum amount I can order at one time?
► We have no limits to how much you can order. However, you should consult with your local FDA office regarding the quantity you would like to order, since there may be import regulations on those specific products and quantity.

4. How do you ship?
► We ship our products world wide and all packages are shipped very discreet. - Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. - Packaging types are changed constantly to achieve max delivery success! - The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit in one package, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (all for one Shipmentv & Handling charge). - This way there is more possibility to deliver successfully) - Shipments are sent from various shipping points and different European countries.

5. How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?
► If the order is to large to fit one package, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages to lower the risk. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discreetion level and repackaging as used for small sized orders.

6. Is a signature required for receiving products?
► Once packages leave our distribution they are not treated as recorded/registered shipments and therefore they dont require any signature upon delivery

7. What is the cost of shipping?
► We have only one method of shipping for now. Shipping costs 9 USD to USA, Canada, Europe and rest of the world.

8. Where do I send my payment?
► Information on where to send your payment is provided after you place an order, and its sent directly to your e-mail address. Please, follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary delay. In case you haven't received it when placing and order, please contact us and we will send you data by email!

9. How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
► Order confirmation with instructions for how to make payment is sent to your email address automatically and immediately after you submit your order. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 2 business days. Shipping time is normaly between 7 and 21 business days and for very remote countires up to 30 business days!

10. How successfull is delivery?
► We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. Products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name is not indicated on any package and shipments are sent from various shipping points in Europe, established in different countries, to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successfull delivery.

11. What is your success rate?
► With customs we have 99% success to USA and Canada, 100% success to any country of EU! Delivery success to Australia and New Zeland is lower so we cannot guarantee you delivery! If you insist and want to take a chance anyway to these countires, please place order online ( pick WU or bank to bank) and let us know in email that you want it to be shipped and we will!

12. Is this company legit and am I safe to do business with??
► We understand Your concerns to that matter since there are so many nonlegit sources on the web and for consumer it is very difficult to pick out the right partner. We are a professional mail order service licensed to sell and distribute pharmaceutical products. We have been established for over 5 years, supplying original, high-quality products over the Internet.

13. What if my shipment is seized?
► Even if products get seized ( 1% possibility for USA and Canada), we would cover part of your loss. PLEASE NOTE if shipment does not come in 21 business days it does not mean you got scammed! It means that it's stucked on customs and they need 2 weeks up to 3 months to send you seizure note! To put into force our loss cover policy we need that document, so you should scan and email us the seizure note in order to have a case and help you out partially! We both need it ( you to have proof that we did our job and us to have proof you didn't receive the products and we can use our polica for covering partof the loss)!

13. How can I contact You?
► Since our services are optimized to be conducted online and worldwide, You are more than welcome to contact our departments through our website. Our customer support works on regular daily basis from monday to friday ( except weekends and hollidays) and we will answer your email in 24 to 48 hours!

14. What is the best method of payment?
► Western Union is the fastest.

17. I sent payment with Western Union money transfer. Is my order shipped yet?
► Orders paid with Western Union are usually shipped within one business day. Western union payments are usually received within 1-3 business days. NOTE: You must provide us western union transfer information as described in Complete Transaction, else we can't pick up the money and send products.

18. I received a part of my order, when is the rest coming?
► Larger orders are split into two or several envelopes and shipped separately. Some orders are also sent separately since they are shipped from various European countries. Sometimes it can take more than 7 days.

19. Do you sell any other products not listed on your website. ?
► We only sell products listed on our website.

19. Are your products fake?
► No, we only sell genuine, high quality products from renowned pharmaceutical companys.

20. What is your cancellation policy?
► You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by sending us an e-mail message. We ship orders in 24 hours. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped. Any chargebacks / disputes to credit cards without communicating with us first will be treated as Fraudulent.

21. Refund and returns?
► You can not return your medication for a refund. We can not be responsible for customs clearance and the customer will have to carry all future expenses and taxes if there will be any, in their country. We can issue you a refund only if your order did not arrive in 30 days. We can't propose you any refund if you provided us with the incorrect shipping address and if this order was shipped already.
